With more than five decades of history, Vibra has established itself as one of Brazil’s largest energy companies. Since 2021, the Company has expanded its operations beyond traditional fuel distribution and, with the acquisition of 100% of Comerc in 2025, further strengthened its position as one of Brazil’s leading integrated energy solutions platforms.

The Company operates one of the largest logistics infrastructures in the sector, with 96 operational facilities, strategic presence at the country’s main ports, 11 lubricant storage facilities, and 90 aviation fueling stations, ensuring nationwide reach and operational efficiency.
In the fuel distribution market, Vibra holds the license to the Petrobras brand, operating a network of approximately 7,500 service stations throughout Brazil, including the BR Mania, Lubrax+, and BR Aviation franchises. Supported by a diversified customer base, the Company continues to expand its portfolio of mobility, convenience, and renewable energy solutions to meet the evolving needs of the market.
